Who we are

HourPace provides a camera-based attendance system for shift teams. This page describes how we handle personal data on this website and, in summary, in the product. For any question or request about your data, write to hello@hourpace.com.

Data collected on this site

• Forms (pilot request, price quote): name, email, company and the options you select. We use them only to answer your request. They are delivered by email through the processor Resend.
• Usage statistics (Google Analytics and PostHog, with form fields masked): loaded only after you choose "Allow analytics" in the notice. If you choose "Essential only", no measurement tools are loaded.
• We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

Data in the product (summary)

• Biometric data is used exclusively for attendance, with written employee consent collected before any capture.
• There is no continuous recording and no behavior scoring; visual data follows a retention policy stated in the contract.
• Each person's data is deleted at the end of employment. A card-based alternative exists for those who do not opt in.
• Each deployment is configured for local requirements (for US deployments, including Texas CUBI consent requirements). Full data-protection documentation is delivered to the client before go-live.

Retention and your rights

Form data is kept only for as long as the commercial conversation lasts. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
