HR · people ops · on autopilot

Your HR team, on autopilot.

Software and AI agents run the repetitive 80% of HR for labor-heavy operations, so you keep about one coordinator instead of a full HR team. The work of an HR team, for a fraction of the cost. You pay only once the return is proven.

Schedule

Rotas that build themselves

Optimized schedules and shift coverage, generated automatically for every site and every week.

Track

Attendance without an app

Clock-in and clock-out through on-site cameras. No app, no badges, no buddy-punching.

Prove

Proven, then paid

Your first two months run free. You pay only after you've seen the return for yourself.

How it works

The cameras see the floor. The schedule runs itself.

Built for physical, multi-shift workforces. One live loop replaces the HR admin that eats a manager's week.

See

Attendance, not honesty

On-site cameras log real clock-in and clock-out. No app, no badges, no buddy-punching.

Adjust

The rota reworks itself, live

A no-show or late start, and the schedule rebuilds and pulls in cover in real time.

Settle

Real hours to payroll

The hours the cameras saw flow straight to payroll prep, overtime already worked out.

Cameras see presence Schedule adjusts live Cover fills the gap Payroll prep
For the team

The team's requests, handled without the group chat.

Swaps, absences and time off go through HourPace and land with whoever approves. The rota only moves once it's cleared.

Shift swaps

A colleague accepts, the manager approves

No group chat, no guessing who's covering.

Absences

Logged with a reason, cover suggested

The system recommends who to pull in, on the spot.

Time off

Holiday requests, routed and checked

Cross-checked against the rota before they're granted.

Quick calculator

Before we build, we measure the HR admin.

FAQ

What operators ask us first.

What does HourPace do? +

HourPace automates repetitive HR work for shift teams: scheduling, attendance, shift swaps, absences, time off and payroll prep. Your HR coordinator still handles the human decisions; the system takes the repeated admin off their plate.

How long does setup take? +

Setup takes up to two weeks. We handle the full process: sourcing and buying the attendance cameras, installing them on-site, connecting them to the system, configuring your scheduling rules and testing everything before it goes live.

Who pays for the cameras and installation? +

There is no upfront risk. After the two-month trial, installation can be paid in one go or spread through the subscription over the first three months. You choose whichever option fits best.

Do the cameras record or monitor employees? +

No. The system is built for GDPR-compliant attendance management. Cameras only confirm attendance events, such as clock-in and clock-out. They do not record continuous footage, do not monitor productivity or behavior, and visual data used to confirm attendance is deleted daily.

What can employees do in the app? +

The app is intentionally simple: employees can see their schedule, request shift swaps, ask for time off and submit absence requests. In Portugal, this can include absence justifications and documents. In other markets, the flow is adapted to local rules, especially around sickness and medical privacy.

Does it connect with payroll? +

Yes. Approved hours, absences and schedule changes connect with payroll, so your team spends less time retyping data and fixing errors before payroll review.

Who checks hours before payroll? +

The person who remains responsible for HR checks everything before it becomes final. The system prepares hours, flags exceptions and removes repetitive work, but payroll, absences and sensitive decisions still have human review.

What if we try it and it is not a fit? +

No risk, no difficult questions. You test it for two months; if it does not fit your operation, you do not continue. First we prove the value, then you decide.
